SoftDeCC Service GmbH was founded in 2000 to meet increasing demands of support and trainings for TCmanager users. We offer our partners a broad service portfolio, consisting of hotline, training and support for system administrators and users of TCmanager.

Due to up-to-date information our service team is familiar with your particular TCmanager configuration and can therefore support you accordingly.

On-site user trainings are carried out in close cooperation with the particular demands of our customers. Naturally the broad experience of our training staff is integrated in evaluation of special training requests.

Our telephone hotline assists customers to all usual business hours. On request additional support can be arranged for. Within periods of increased demands professional freelance trainers are deployed. This way our clientel is always provided with a professional contact and a realistically priced service portfolio.
